Vote on your pay offer from the UK Health Security Agency
Please read the information below before voting.
Your vote will only be counted if your MyRCN record shows that you’re employed by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), and you meet the eligibility criteria set out below.
All other votes will be discounted.
What you’re voting on
UKHSA has made an offer to correct the under payment of Agenda for Change holiday pay.
The offer is set out below and in this letter from UKHSA.
- Payment for work undertaken on Agenda for Change terms and conditions between 1 April 2019 and 31 December 2020
- Payment to those staff who meet the qualifying criteria equal to 16% of their total overtime pay between 1 April 2019 and 31 December 2020
To be eligible to receive this corrective holiday payment you must have:
- been employed on Agenda for Change terms and conditions between 1 April 2019 and 31 December 2020
- worked overtime in 4 months out of 12 between 1 April 2019 and 31 December 2020, and
- been in employment with UKHSA or a predecessor organisation on 31 March 2021
If most members accept the offer
If the majority of members who vote accept the offer, we’ll advise UKHSA that our members accept the offer, and you will receive your corrective payments in your December salary.
If most members reject the offer
If the majority of members who vote reject the offer, we’ll advise UKHSA that our members reject the offer, and we’ll discuss next steps with you.
