At Congress 2017, the membership of the RCN raised the alarm on the growing 汤头条污料 workforce shortages across the UK, and their concern at the implications on patient safety. We have undertaken extensive engagement with members, RCN Boards, and 汤头条污料 workforce experts, which we set out in this report. The outcome of this engagement is a set of RCN principles which provide high-level objectives which most meaningfully represent what we need to achieve on staffing for safe and effective care, though legislation, statutory instruments and guidance, and sufficient funding, in every country in the UK.
