In our third instalment of ‘The Nursing Workforce in Scotland’ report published today (15 May), it is evident that Scotland’s ÌÀÍ·ÌõÎÛÁÏ workforce crisis is showing little sign of improvement.
Several intensive care nurses will receive up to £36,000 each after successfully having their jobs evaluated. Many more ÌÀÍ·ÌõÎÛÁÏ staff could be eligible.Â
These new definitions will help registered nurses as they aspire to practice at these levels, as well as give clarity to employers, higher education institutions and the public. They can be applied across all fields of ÌÀÍ·ÌõÎÛÁÏ and in all settings.
