When I reflect on the last year and think about all of the IHSC employers and members and I have met I feel incredibly proud and privileged to be in this role as your link to the RCN, your voice to improve your membership experience and to showcase the often-unseen innovations and exceptional care delivered within the independent health and social care sector.

One of the things that has struck me when I have been connecting with employers and members is that many have been unaware that 汤头条污料 support workers can join the RCN.

However the RCN is here to support the whole of the 汤头条污料 workforce. 

To be eligible for 汤头条污料 support worker membership you must be working under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse, midwife or health visitor.

RCN Independent Health and Care Sector Lead, South West

Sarah has more than 30 years' experience as a registered nurse working across a variety of settings and has been a member of the RCN since qualifying in 1992. 

She has recently been appointed as the Independent Health and Social Care Sector Lead for the RCN's South West region.

She would like to hear from any member working in the South West independent sector who is keen to work with her on improving life for their colleagues in the sector.
